SEO & GEO Sales Specialist

Compensation: USD 80,000–110,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & GEO Sales Specialist to drive business growth across the United States and European markets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding their digital growth requirements, and pitching our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) services.

This is a specialised agency sales position. Candidates must have prior experience selling SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, GEO, AEO, or related services within a digital marketing agency.

Applications without relevant agency sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients across the US and European markets.

Reach out to founders, CEOs, CMOs, marketing heads, e-commerce leaders, and other relevant decision-makers.





Generate qualified leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels.

Conduct discovery calls to understand clients’ traffic, visibility, lead-generation, SEO, and AI-search requirements.

Present and pitch the agency’s SEO, GEO, AEO, content, and organic growth solutions.

Explain SEO strategies, deliverables, timelines, expected outcomes, and reporting processes to prospective clients.

Prepare customised proposals, presentations, pricing plans, and statements of work.

Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Collaborate with SEO strategists, content teams, technical SEO specialists, and account managers to develop client-specific solutions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, proposals, and sales forecasts in the CRM.
