Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of projects from planning to final execution.
- Develop project schedules, trackers, and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and defined quality standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and maintain solid professional relationships.
- Lead client and vendor coordination calls confidently.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all teams involved in project delivery.
- Maintain clear communication and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Monitor project timelines and execution activities.
- Identify potential technical and operational risks during the planning and pre-execution stages.
- Utilise robust
AutoCAD proficiency
to interpret technical drawings and project details accurately.
- Ensure clear and structured handovers between departments.
- Support team members in resolving project-related challenges.
- Monitor project budgets and highlight potential cost-related risks.
- Ensure smooth project execution and consistency in quality.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Project Execution.
