Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 11+ years of IT experience and a solid background in ERP or Workday implementation along with Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, drive testing and quality assurance initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP or Workday implementation projects.
- Manage multiple implementation and testing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Oversee automation testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across ERP/Workday implementations.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, testing approach, and delivery milestones.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and project governance.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants,



Automation Test Engineers, QA Leads, and Project Managers.
- Ensure implementation of best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, defect management, and quality assurance.
- Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing project risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, project planning, and delivery proposals.
- Mentor and guide project managers, QA leads, and automation teams.

Required Skills
- 11+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Delivery/Program Management.
- Strong experience managing ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or Workday implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience managing Automation Testing for enterprise applications.
- Experience with automation tools such as Opkey, Selenium, Tosca, UFT, Playwright, or similar.
