Operations Manager – 102 Ambulance Project

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead the operations of the 102 Ambulance Project in Tripura. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Healthcare Operations with proven experience in managing large-scale field operations, government liaisoning, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 102 Ambulance Project across Tripura.
- Liaise and maintain strong qualified relationships with Government officials, NHM, Health Department, District Authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth ambulance operations and compliance with project guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead, supervise, and manage operational teams, including field staff and support personnel.
- Monitor ambulance deployment, utilization, fleet performance, and service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure uninterrupted operational support.




- Oversee billing cycles, documentation, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare operational reports and MIS for management review.
- Conduct field visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Fleet, and MIS departments for seamless project execution.
- Handle operational escalations and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate.

Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Operations.
- Experience in Ambulance Services, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), NHM Projects, Hospital Operations, or Public Health Projects will be preferred.
- Candidates must be from the Healthcare Sector with an Operations background.
