Role Description
The GEM and E-Procurement Specialist role is a full time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The specialist will manage procurement activities on Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and other e-procurement platforms, including creating and tracking purchase orders, updating vendor information, and ensuring compliance with tender and bidding requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, supporting contract negotiation, monitoring pricing and delivery terms,



and maintaining accurate procurement records and reports. The role will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and catering teams to ensure timely sourcing of goods and services, cost optimization, and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and vendor management to assess performance, reliability, and value.
- Experience in Contract Negotiation, including reviewing commercial terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Solid Analytical Skills for comparing quotations, analyzing spend data, and preparing procurement reports.
- Prior experience with GEM and other e-procurement portals, especially in hospitality or related sectors, is highly desirable.
