Requirements
- Automation is a part of your daily functions; thorough familiarity with Unix Bourne shell scripting and Python is a critical survival skill.
- Integration and maintenance of automated tools.

- Working experience in source control tools.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab CI and ArgoCD for GitOps-based continuous delivery.
- Experience with modern virtualisation technologies (Docker, KVM, AWS, OpenStack or any orchestration platforms).
- Automation of deployment, customisation, upgrades and monitoring through modern DevOps tools (Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift, etc).
- Advanced Linux administration experience.
- Deep understanding of core Kubernetes concepts: pods, deployments, stateful sets, daemon sets, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, PVs/PVCs, storage classes, networking (CNI, DNS, service mesh), RBAC, namespaces, resource quotas, limits, scheduling (taints, tolerations, affinity), CRDs, operators, and troubleshooting cluster issues.




- Hands-on experience with AWS EKS cluster provisioning, managed node groups, Fargate profiles, IRSA (IAM Roles for Service Accounts), EKS add-ons, and cluster upgrades.
- Experience with Rancher for multi-cluster Kubernetes management, RKE cluster provisioning, fleet management, and centralised access control.
- Terraform: mandatory strong hands-on experience with Terraform modules, reusable module design, state management, workspaces, and Terraform
- Enterprise for collaborative infrastructure provisioning at scale.
- Good understanding of HashiCorp Vault for secrets management, energetic secrets, PKI, transit encryption, and integration with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of object storage and hands-on experience with MinIO (deployment, bucket policies, lifecycle management, and replication) and Ceph on Rook.
