Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage Water Supply Projects in Bagalkot, Karnataka. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of the project while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and project timelines. The role requires robust leadership, coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of water supply projects as per approved scope and schedule.
- Prepare project execution plans, resource plans, and construction schedules.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Team Management
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.




- Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual/team performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Government Departments, Consultants, Local Authorities, and Clients.
- Attend review meetings and present project progress reports.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues in coordination with stakeholders.

Quality & Safety
- Ensure implementation of Quality Management Systems at site.
- Enforce HSE policies and statutory compliance.

Cost & Budget Control
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Review material consumption, subcontractor bills, and project expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Procurement & Resource Management
- Coordinate procurement of materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Ensure timely availability of project resources.

Risk Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strate
