Job Title: HR Manager – Real Estate Experience Mandatory

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a proven background in the Real Estate industry. This role requires a qualified who can independently manage end-to-end Human Resources functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the hiring requirements and business dynamics of the real estate industry and should be capable of supporting business growth by building and managing a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Channel Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, Accounts, Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, Legal, Projects, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Customer Support, and other corporate functions.





• Coordinate with department heads and senior management to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media platforms, and other hiring channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate interview schedules, negotiate salaries, conduct reference checks, release offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including joining formalities, induction, confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.

• Maintain employee records, appointment letters, employment contracts, HR documentation, personnel files, and employee databases with complete accuracy.
