We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and hands-on HR professional to lead our Human Resources function for our BPO and IT business verticals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of building high-performing recruitment teams while driving employee relations, administration, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires someone who can own the complete HR lifecycle, ensure timely closures of critical hiring mandates, and maintain high operational standards across all HR functions.

Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and IT hiring across multiple business units.
- Drive hiring closures within defined TAT while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team to consistently achieve hiring targets.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies with a solid emphasis on: Employee Referral Programs Networking-based hiring Passive candidate engagement Social hiring initiatives
- Monitor recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, pipeline health, and productivity.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and manpower planning.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Administration teams.
