Role Description
The Business Development Manager role at PinkClean is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s presence in the cleaning services market. Daily tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts aligned with company policies. The role also involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations, and tracking performance metrics to achieve sales and growth targets. The Business Development Manager will work closely with leadership to develop strategies, implement marketing initiatives, and support long-term business planning.
