Position Overview
The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of healthcare providers across the United States, including Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Psychologists, Therapists, and other behavioral health professionals.



The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and conducting onboarding sessions to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, robust stakeholder management abilities, and experience recruiting for the US healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare providers
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare interview feedback and recruitment reports
- Coordinate offer roll-out,
