Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Physiotheraphist to join our fitness team in Thiruvanchery, Chennai. You will work closely with members to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness. They combine clinical expertise with training skills to help clients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and safely achieve fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessments: Evaluate posture, joint mobility, and muscle imbalances to identify risks before clients begin training.
- Rehabilitation Programming: Design safe, progressive workout plans for clients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
- Form Supervision:



Monitor exercise techniques to ensure proper biomechanics and prevent injury.
- Strength & Mobility Training: Develop routines that improve functional strength, flexibility, and endurance.
- Special Population Support: Customize workouts for clients with chronic conditions (e.g., back pain, diabetes, arthritis).
- Collaboration with Trainers: Work alongside fitness coaches to adapt programs for diverse client needs.
- Education & Guidance: Teach clients protected equipment usage, injury prevention strategies, and recovery techniques.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor improvements in strength, mobility, and rehabilitation milestones.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate care or advice if a client experiences pain or discomfort during training.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT): The minimum qualification to practice as a physiotherapist.
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT): Preferred for advanced roles, specia
