As we scale, we're looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who thrives on data, creativity, and experimentation—and is excited to build growth from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale paid acquisition across
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including
CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and continuously improve performance through structured experimentation and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance using
GA4
and other analytics tools to uncover actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, consumer trends, and emerging growth strategies.
What We're Looking For
✅ 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
✅ Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and conversion optimization.
✅ Experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on measurable ROI.
✅ Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
✅ Familiarity with GA4, audience segmentation, remarketing, and A/B testing.
✅ High ownership, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup workplace.
Bonus Points
⭐ Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint Certifications.
⭐ Experience with PostHog, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar analytics tools.
⭐ Experience in SaaS, AI, consumer technology, or startup ecosystems.
