We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Training & Placement Officer with excellent networking and business development skills to strengthen our corporate relations and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, and corporate leaders.

* Bring reputed companies for campus placements offering competitive salary packages.

* Conduct regular corporate visits and represent the institute at industry events.

* Organize placement drives, internships, and corporate engagement activities.

* Achieve placement and recruiter acquisition targets.

* Build new recruiter partnerships and maintain existing corporate relationships.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Placements, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or Business Development.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

* Strong corporate network is preferred.

* Willingness to travel across India.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about student placements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
