Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of electronic components and PCB assembly.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble products manually or using hand/power tools.
- Safely operate assembly line machinery, hand tools, and pneumatic equipment.
- Inspect incoming parts and finished products for defects, misalignments, or quality issues. Report any deviations to the supervisor immediately.
- Meet daily production targets and output quotas without sacrificing quality or safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation (adhering to 5S or local cleanliness standards). Perform basic preventative maintenance on tools.
- Strictly follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection.
