Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined candidates to join our Infrastructure Operations team as Data Centre Operations & Technical Support Engineers. The role involves monitoring and supporting data centre infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization, operating systems, and network components while ensuring high availability of IT services. Freshers with robust technical fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and network devices.
- Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Provide Level 1 technical support and escalate complex issues when required.
- Monitor backup jobs and assist with backup and recovery operations.
- Install,
configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Support rack installation, cabling, hardware replacement, and system upgrades.
- Record and track incidents using ITSM or ticketing tools.
- Maintain technical documentation, asset records, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during maintenance and infrastructure activities.
- Follow organizational security, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Work in a 247 rotational shift environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in Data Centre Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Technical Support.
- Freshers with relevant academic projects or internship experience are welcome to apply.

- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
