We are looking for an honest, hardworking, and disciplined individual (or a traditional farming couple) to manage and handle the daily manual operations of a up-to-date, high-density organic orchard. Prior experience with drip irrigation, tree pruning, managing and working on daily farm activities

Manage and do the physical work for a 1.25-acre fruit and flower farm in Alangombu, Mettupalayam ( close of sirumugai).

Daily Tasks:
- Watering: Maintain the drip system on the farm
- Plant care, including trimming, propagating, harvesting as required
- Take care of compost trenches and take care of earthworms.
- Clear weeds and keep farm clean
- Must have practical experience working on local farms.
- Must know how to operate agricultural water pumps and valves.
- Must be highly reliable for early morning work if required.
- Healthy and fit enough to handle heavy manual farm labor.

Accomodation can be provided for farming couple

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
