We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC / Condition Contract Management (CCM) Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of automated rebate processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration, accurate accruals, and robust settlement processes.
The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the following CCM enhancements:
Mass Upload Automations: Development of recent mass upload programs for adding lines for rate changes and managing condition contracts.
Accrual & Settlement Logic: Implementation of Delta Accruals at the invoice level, ensuring correct COPA (KE24) and GL postings.
Complex Scenarios: Handling Parent-Child relationships and Material Determination within CCM.
Settlement Processing: Configuring and testing partial and final settlements at the vendor account level.
Reporting & Validation: Enhancements to PLN, Net Price Validation, and Delta Accrual reports.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Design:
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
Technical Build Oversight: Collaborate with ABAP developers to build custom mass upload programs, reports, and integration logic.
Integration: Ensure seamless data flow across SD, COPA, and FI modules.
Testing: Lead the End-to-End (E2E) testing cycle, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT support.
Defect Management: Proactively identify, track, and fix functional and technical defects.
Stakeholder Management: Conduct business validation sessions and secure sign-offs.
Hypercare Support: Provide stabilization support post-go-live, addressing critical issues and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Experience: 7–10 years of experience in SAP SD/OTC.
Project History: Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
CCM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Condition Contract Management, including pricing procedur
