Walk-in Interview drive for Cash Operation on July 18th

Job Profile Summary:

The Cash Operations team manages cash posting and payment applications, focusing on manual payments such as checks and wires that are not processed electronically. These require manual intervention to ensure accurate posting to loans. Associates review mortgage documents, validate and enter details into client systems, perform due diligence, and flag discrepancies to customers for resolution

Depth & Scope:
- Work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace while managing multiple priorities with urgency and responsiveness.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, apply analytical skills and sound judgment, and demonstrate critical thinking in assessing impacts.
- Prepare accurate reports, letters, and presentations, and communicate effectively with employees, customers, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Possess proficiency in Excel, mathematics, and 10-key operations,



ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
- Adapt quickly to changes in business processes, actively participate in performance reviews, and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Uphold professional relationships, follow company policies and procedures, and perform assigned responsibilities along with additional duties as required.

Education & Experience:
- Graduate in B.com/MBA.
- 2+ year of Experience in *Mortgage Loan ServicingPayment Processing/Cash OperationsWire Processing.*
- Good analytical skills, research knowledge and decision making.
- Knowledge of Ms-office(Excel)
- Good written and spoken communication skills.

Note:
- Ability to work in night shift.
- This would be a 5days Work at Office (WFO)
- Notice period : Immediate or 30 days only .
- Location : Within 35kms from Siruseri Office.
