A dynamic HR consultancy firm specializing in high-volume talent acquisition for India’s BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector, we partner with leading banks, NBFCs, and fintechs to scale their workforce rapidly. Our recruiters operate at the intersection of speed, compliance, and candidate experience—designing bulk hiring strategies that meet aggressive business targets while ensuring quality, diversity, and regulatory alignment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bulk recruitment cycles for BFSI clients, managing 500+ hires per quarter across roles like Relationship Executives, Customer Service, Field Agents, and Operations Staff.
- Design and execute campus drive, walk-in, and virtual hiring campaigns tailored to BFSI hiring volumes and timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection benchmarks aligned with client SLAs.
- Manage vendor partnerships (agencies, colleges, job portals) to ensure pipeline health and cost-per-hire targets are met.




- Implement ATS-driven workflows to track candidate journeys, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure audit-ready documentation for compliance.
- Train and mentor junior recruiters on sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation best practices within BFSI hiring frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- BFSI hiring experience (Banking / NBFC / Insurance)
- High-volume recruitment (500+ hires annually)
- Campus recruitment & walk-in drive execution
- Interview facilitation & screening methodologies
- Time-to-hire & cost-per-hire analytics
- Compliance documentation (Aadhaar, KYC, background checks)
- Source channel optimization (job portals, college partnerships)

Preferred
- Experience using AI-powered screening tools (e.g., HireVue, Pymetrics)
- Certification in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Familiarity with NSE/BSE hiring norms for front-office roles
