What Makes a Successful Candidate

A successful academic counselor at SUN EDUCATION is someone who:
- Clearly understands student and parent requirements through effective communication
- Provides accurate and ethical career counseling based on student profiles
- Guides students toward suitable countries, universities, and courses
- Maintains consistent follow-ups and converts inquiries into admissions
- Achieves assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets with discipline and professionalism

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for doing our courses
- Understand client requirements and recommend best-fit study options
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes
- Stay updated on admission procedures, scholarships (training provided)
- Build long-term trust with students and parents through transparent communication





Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in any sales-oriented role with professional communication etiquette or admission sourcing will be an added advantage
- Freshers with solid communication skills, the ability to work toward business development goals within tight timelines, and a positive learning mindset are welcome
