Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist with robust hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Databricks. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, machine learning model development, and stakeholder requirement gathering.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Build and deploy machine learning models using Python and Databricks.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Develop predictive models using techniques such as XGBoost, Random Forest and Bayesian Modeling
- Create and optimize analytical datasets using complex SQL queries.




- Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Data Cleaning & Preprocessing
- Feature Engineering
- Machine Learning Model Development
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
