Performance Marketing Executive (SEO + Paid Media)

SVG Realty is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.

Location: Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida

Experience: 5+ Years in real estate industry

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for real estate.

• Generate high-quality leads with an optimum Cost Per Lead (CPL).

• Manage audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other marketing tools.

• Improve ROI, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates through continuous optimization.





• Work closely with the sales and creative teams to maximize campaign performance.

• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.

Desired Skills

1. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

2. Solid understanding of Lead Generation Campaigns

3. Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

4. Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Preferred: Experience in the Real Estate industry.
