Job Summary

Sr Developer role in a hybrid work model day shift with no travel focusing on data analytics and reporting solutions using Tableau relational databases SQL and ANSI SQL for enterprise stakeholders The role designs optimizes and supports scalable dashboards and data models that improve decision making enable transparent software asset lifecycle management and enhance operational efficiency across the organization

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Tableau dashboards and visual analytics that deliver clear actionable insights for diverse business stakeholders across the enterprise
- Optimize complex SQL and ANSI SQL queries to ensure fast reliable data access while supporting high volume reporting workloads in production environments
- Model and maintain robust relational database structures that support analytical use cases data integrity and long term sustainability of reporting platforms




- Collaborate with product and operations teams in a hybrid work model to translate business questions into exact technical requirements and implement effective data solutions
- Implement rigorous data validation and reconciliation routines that improve data accuracy enable trusted metrics and minimize reporting defects
- Create reusable analytical datasets and semantic layers that simplify self service reporting and reduce dependence on manual data preparation
- Automate routine data extraction transformation and loading processes using SQL procedures and scripts to increase reliability and minimize operational overhead
- Document technical designs data flows calculation logic and dashboard usage guidelines to support maintainability and efficient onboarding of new team members
- Partner with governance and compliance stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with enterprise standards and support transparent software asset lifecycle management practices
