Role Purpose

The incumbent will support the Sales team through efficient management of sales operations, MIS reporting, commercial coordination, order management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. The role requires solid analytical capabilities, process orientation, and the ability to work closely with sales, supply chain, production, logistics, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Operations (Core Responsibility)
- Manage and monitor sales orders, deliveries, billing, and customer master data in SAP.
- Ensure timely processing of sales transactions and maintain data accuracy.
- Support sales teams in order tracking, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution.
- Generate SAP-based reports and dashboards for business reviews.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Supply Chain,



Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Track order fulfillment timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and the sales team for effective customer servicing.

Excel-Based MIS & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Analyze sales trends, order status, dispatch performance, inventory availability, and customer-wise business data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query, etc.).
- Support management reviews through data-driven insights and presentations.

Process Discipline & Commercial Control
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, approval workflows, and commercial policies.
- Monitor pricing, order execution, credit limits, and commercial compliance.
