Qualified Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Head Operations & Traffic Manager

with proven expertise in the
Transport & Logistics industry

. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end transport operations, manage the operations team, coordinate with customers and transporters, oversee accounts-related activities, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

·
Manage complete transport and logistics operations from enquiry to delivery.

· Lead and supervise the Operations team, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.

· Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and operational communication.

· Plan vehicle placement, dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.





· Coordinate with customers, transporters, vendors, and drivers.

·
Ensure timely POD collection, documentation, and MIS reporting.

·
Resolve operational issues, delivery delays, and customer escalations.

· Monitor operational performance, service quality, and cost efficiency.

Accounts

· Coordinate customer billing and invoice processing.

· Verify trips bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

·
understanding of LR (Lorry Receipt), POD (Proof of Delivery), and E-way Bills in the truck transportation industry

· Follow up on customer payments and outstanding receivables.

· Coordinate transporter and vendor payments with the Accounts team.

·
Ensure accurate billing records, reconciliations, and payment documentation.
