Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and implement production processes for solar inverters to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation of production procedures, including work instructions, standard operating practices (SOPs), and training materials.
- Troubleshoot issues related to inverter performance, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Robust understanding of Solar Inverter technology and its applications.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
