Responsibilities

●
Develop and deliver accurate MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) using Revit, based on project requirements and point cloud data where applicable

● Generate detailed drawings, CAD sheets, and documentation from BIM models

● Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand project scope, requirements, and deliverables

● Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality

● Perform QA/QC checks on MEP models to ensure compliance with project standards and BIM protocols ● Assist in the coordination and integration of MEP systems within overall BIM models

● Provide technical support and guidance on BIM tools and workflows across 2D, 3D, and MEP applications ● Participate in or lead BIM coordination meetings as required.

Qualifications

● Graduate or currently pursuing B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

● Basic understanding of BIM concepts; Revit knowledge is mandatory.

● Strong attention to detail with valuable communication and teamwork skills.

● Willingness to learn, adapt, and adhere to BIM standards and industry compliances.
