We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Risk Manager (MFI) to manage and monitor risk across microfinance operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring portfolio quality, compliance, and field-level risk control while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessment and portfolio monitoring across assigned branches
- Identify early warning signals and control delinquency/NPA
- Perform field audits, investigations, and verification checks
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor group discipline and loan utilization in MFI operations
- Support branches in improving collection efficiency and risk mitigation
- Prepare and share risk reports, audit findings, and action plans
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and compliance closure

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Risk / Audit / Investigation / MFI Operations
- Candidates from Microfinance / NBFC / Banking background preferred
- Should be willing to travel 30 40 km daily for field visits
- Candidate must be located within 150 km radius of the job location
- Good understanding of MFI processes, collections, and risk control
