Role Overview

NR Consulting is looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter with strong experience hiring internal professionals for the US staffing industry. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment for recruiting, sales, account management, delivery, operations, HR, and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete internal recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Hire professionals for US staffing roles, including Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Leaders, Delivery Managers, and Operations professionals.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases, and qualified networks.
- Conduct detailed screening based on US staffing experience, client exposure, domain knowledge, performance history, and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, offer approvals, and joining formalities.




- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical positions.
- Track recruitment metrics, including turnaround time, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Support employer branding and employee referral initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring professionals for the US staffing industry.
- Good understanding of US staffing functions, including recruitment, sales, account management, delivery, MSP, VMS, and client services.
- Proven experience handling mid-level, senior, and leadership hiring.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
