Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Paylocity Implementation Expert
with strong expertise in
Paylocity Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, and HCM implementation
. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, gather business requirements, configure the Paylocity platform, perform data migration, execute testing, and support successful client go-lives. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of U.S. payroll processing, payroll compliance, and client-facing implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Paylocity implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Paylocity configurations.
- Configure Payroll, Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, Onboarding, and Employee Self-Service modules.
- Configure:
- Pay Groups
- Earnings & Deduction Codes
- Tax Setup
- Security Roles
- Approval Workflows
- PTO & Accrual Policies




- Organizational Structure
- Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and payroll balancing.
- Conduct payroll parallel testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Configure payroll calendars and company policies.
- Support multi-company and multi-state payroll implementations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare implementation documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user and administrator training sessions.
- Support post-production stabilization and hypercare activities.
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
