Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager role based in Noida. The Assistant Project Manager will support end-to-end project coordination across architecture and interior design projects, assisting with planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors; monitoring timelines; and ensuring materials, drawings, and documentation are delivered on schedule. The role involves supporting expediting activities, assisting in inspections and quality checks,



and tracking logistics related to materials and equipment. The Assistant Project Manager will also help prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and support the Project Manager in client communication and site meetings.

Qualifications
- Solid project coordination and Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Experience or aptitude in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to follow up on deliveries, approvals, and documentation.
- Experience in Interior Fit-out execution jobs is must.
- Familiarity with Inspection processes, site checks, and quality control for construction or interior projects.
- Understanding of Logistics Management, including tracking material movement, vendor coordination, and on-time delivery.
