- Oversee bottling line production activities and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Manage overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement strategies to increase productivity.
- Implement Yield Management techniques to minimize waste and optimize output.
- Lead a team of production line staff and provide guidance to maximize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience of 5-7 years in bottling line production or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of OEE, Yield Management, and other relevant manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of IMFL/Bottling operations
