We are looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in the
Interior Designing industry
to drive business growth and client acquisition.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate current business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

• Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Expand business network and market presence

? Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Development/Sales within the Interior Designing industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confident and presentable personality

• Target-oriented and self-driven approach

• Ability to handle clients independently

• Strong leadership and coordination skills

• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (mandatory)
