About Us

We're a small, quick-moving ecosystem building across three fronts: InDefinite Carbon, a multidisciplinary design studio doing brand identity, UI/UX, packaging, and spatial design for clients across sectors; Zenzo Hostels, a growing hospitality brand for young travellers and students; and Zenzo Lab, a café, co-working space, and startup incubation centre coming up near MIT ADT University, Pune.

Different products, one growth engine — and we're looking for the person to run it.

The Role

We need someone who can own business development end-to-end across the group: bringing in design clients for the studio, driving occupancy and partnerships for the hostel, and building the community and founder pipeline for the Lab. This isn't a role where you wait for leads — you'll be building the pipeline from scratch, owning outreach, and closing deals.

What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IDC, Zenzo Hostels, and Zenzo Lab
- Build and manage outbound outreach — cold email, LinkedIn, calls — and convert conversations into meetings and deals




- Own the sales pipeline: CRM hygiene, proposal follow-ups, and closing
- Develop and pitch partnership opportunities (corporate tie-ups, college collaborations, travel platforms, co-working memberships, startup incubation partners)
- Represent the brand at events, meetups, and networking spaces in Pune's design and startup circuits
- Work closely with the founder on pricing, proposals, and positioning for each vertical
- Track market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
- Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue targets

What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (agency, hospitality, or startup background preferred)
- Strong communication skills — you can pitch a design studio, a hostel, and a co-working space with equal conviction
- Comfortable with outbound hustle: cold outreach, follow-ups, and building re
