About the Role

We're hiring Non-IT Recruiters to support end-to-end recruitment delivery for our UK/EU client accounts. This role is ideal for both freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced recruiters looking to grow in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT roles across various industries (manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, hospitality, driving/transport, etc.) for UK/EU clients
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication, and availability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate database/ATS with accurate records




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Coordinate with the delivery team to understand client requirements and hiring priorities

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with candidates
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred, not mandatory for freshers)
- Comfortable working UK/EU shift timings
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Prior experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus but not mandatory
