Job Responsibilities: 1. Child-Centered Teaching Approach: Implement a child-centered teaching approach, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn through play, exploration, and social interaction.

2. Individualized Learning: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of each child, promoting holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
