Role Description
The Health Counsellor will provide remote, full time support to clients enrolled in Nutri Docs’ personalized weight management programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting online consultations, assessing client needs, and developing individualized counselling plans that address nutrition, mental health, lifestyle habits,



and motivation. The Health Counsellor will monitor client progress, manage cases, and collaborate with nutrition and fitness professionals to ensure coordinated care. The role involves delivering psychoeducational guidance, facilitating behavioral change strategies, and offering emotional support to help clients overcome plateaus and maintain sustainable habits. The Health Counsellor will also contribute to client resources, participate in virtual trainings, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Case Management for coordinating client care, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess skills in Psychology and Mental Health to support behavior change, emotional well-being, and resilience during the weight management journey.
- Candidates should possess skills in Family Therapy
