Role Description
The Senior Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur Taluka. The Senior Merchandiser will manage the complete merchandising cycle, including handling buyer communication, understanding requirements, costing, order confirmation, and follow-up through to shipment. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design and production teams, tracking samples and approvals, monitoring fabric and trim sourcing,



and ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and buyer specifications. The role also involves analyzing market and customer trends, supporting sales initiatives, preparing reports on order status and performance, and resolving issues proactively to maintain robust client relationships. The Senior Merchandiser is expected to mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements within the merchandising function.
