About the job

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented UX Research Operations Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of user research across the Product Design team. This role is primarily focused on research operations, including participant recruitment through Salesforce, study setup in Lyssna, and maintaining a well-structured research repository in Condens.io. In close partnership with researchers and designers, you will help prepare usability studies, surveys, card sorts,



and other research activities that enable teams to learn from customers more consistently and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career to mid-level skilled with strong coordination skills and an interest in user research. You will collaborate with research and design teammates to operationalize studies, process incoming findings from the broader team, and support light analysis using AI-enabled tools while applying sound judgment and maintaining quality standards.
