Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Janakpuri, New Delhi. You will engage with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals and guide them through program selection and the application/enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized academic and career counselling to prospective students, helping them choose suitable undergraduate or postgraduate programs.
- Assist applicants through the end-to-end application and admission process, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with partner universities.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems and ensure timely updates on application status.
- Meet or exceed enrolment and conversion targets through effective counselling and relationship-building.
- Conduct outreach activities and information sessions to engage potential students and address their queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner university representatives to resolve admission-related issues and ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience specifically in Online UG PG education admissions (domestic).
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to converse in a regional language is a plus.
- Hands-on experience (at least 1 year) using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to manage leads, update student records, and run basic reports.
