Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Work closely with senior recruiters to fulfill client requirements.
- Learn US Staffing processes, recruitment tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR concepts.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
