We are building a curated pool of interim and fractional leaders for current and upcoming mandates with auto component manufacturers. This is an expression-of-interest posting covering multiple leadership roles:

We are looking exclusively for leaders who have deliberately chosen the independent consulting path and are open to structured interim or fractional engagements — typically a defined number of days per week or month, with clear outcomes.

What we are looking for
- 15–20+ years of experience in auto components / auto ancillary manufacturing
- A track record of hands-on delivery — leaders who can step in and create impact from week one
- Currently operating (or transitioning to operate) as an independent consultant, interim executive, or fractional leader
- Comfort with engagement-based work: defined scope, defined duration, defined outcomes
