Role Description
The Social Media Manager with 3 to 5 years is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for reach and impact. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies,



coordinating with creative and marketing teams, responding to audience interactions, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices. The role also involves preparing regular reports, suggesting improvements, and contributing ideas for integrated marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create explicit, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with campaign goals, and tailoring messaging to target audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or familiarity with creative tools, and understanding of digital marketing fundamentals are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree
