Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and proactive HR Executive who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Attendance Management
- Monitor daily attendance and regularize attendance records.
- Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Generate attendance reports for payroll processing.
Leave Management
- Administer employee leave records and ensure policy compliance.
- Process leave requests and maintain accurate leave balances.
- Address employee queries related to leave policies.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Help drive HR communication and employee experience initiatives.
HR Reporting
- Prepare and maintain month-end HR reports and dashboards.
- Track recruitment metrics, attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Ensure HR records and documentation are updated and accurate.
