Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Medical Officer role based in Bengaluru. The Medical Officer will provide clinical care to patients, including conducting consultations, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatment, and monitoring patient progress.



The role involves coordinating with physicians and specialists, supporting minor surgical and medical procedures as required, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Medical Officer will also maintain accurate medical records, support patient education on treatment plans and preventive care, and participate in training initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff. The position may include involvement in health camps, medical audits, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Demonstrated Patient Care skills, with a focus on empathy, safety, and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Exposure to Surgery or minor procedures and readiness
