B. Primary responsibilities
Primary responsibilities
Master Core Committee Meetings
1. Conduct monthly master core committee meetings for three BU to track the updates/ revisions in product configurations
2. Updating the feature lists as per agreement in master core committee meetings.
3. Change control management and approval for the revision in feature lists
Product Configurator (Siemens Team Center)
4. Uploading new products in system (co-ordination with respective Product Manager & Design team)
5. Updating existing products in system as per revisions agreed in master core committee (Features, Rules and Constrains etc.)
Sales Configurator
6. Uploading new products in system (co-ordination with respective Product Manager & Design team)
7.
Updating existing products in system (Features, Sales Text, Prices, pictures etc.)
8. Releasing monthly report on offer generated as per business rules.
9. Maintaining Sales Configurator for business units.
10. Providing Sales Configurator training to recent users and refresher training to existing users.
11. Resolving sales users issues related to Sales Configurator.

Master Core Committee Meetings
- 100% monthly committee meetings conducted as planned.
- Timely closure of action items from committee meetings.
- Zero unauthorized changes to product configurations.
- Change requests processed within agreed timelines.

- New product uploads completed within defined SLA.
