Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Drone Pilot role based in Hyderabad.



The Drone Pilot will be responsible for planning, conducting, and monitoring drone flights for agricultural applications, including crop health assessment, field mapping, and data collection. The role involves conducting pre-flight checks, ensuring compliance with relevant aviation and safety regulations, maintaining and troubleshooting drones and related equipment, and keeping accurate flight logs and reports. The Drone Pilot will collaborate with agronomy, crop advisory, and operations teams to interpret aerial data and support precision farming initiatives. The role may also include demonstrating drone capabilities to internal teams and farmers, and supporting continuous improvement of drone-based services.

Qualifications
