Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist with a strong command of Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products/Brands, A+ Content, and full-funnel eCommerce strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing performance across Amazon and other online platforms including Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), while maintaining efficient ACOS & TACOS targets.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Advertising & Operations
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD campaigns)
- Track and improve ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and keyword ranking
- Perform regular keyword research, bid optimization, and competitor analysis
- Launch and manage current product listings, A+ content, and brand storefront
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings and drive review strategies
- Use Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, or similar tools for insights

Marketplace & Q-Commerce Management




- Manage listings, visibility, and promotions across Quick Commerce platforms: Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart
- Coordinate with account managers and merchandising teams of e-commerce partners
- Ensure accurate product data, inventory sync, pricing, and offers

Performance Reporting & Growth Planning
- Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards
- Provide data-driven insights for growth strategies, product bundling, and ad scaling
- Stay updated on latest Amazon algorithm changes, policy updates, and industry benchmarks

Key Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in eCommerce (FMCG/D2C preferred)
- Proven track record managing Amazon Ads with consistent ROAS and TACOS optimization
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, A+ content, keyword tools
- Familiarity with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other Q-commerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with ad analytics, dashboards, and campaign stru
