Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in Indore. The Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, floor supervision, visual merchandising, and stock management to ensure a smooth and effective environment. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team, monitoring sales performance, maintaining store standards, and ensuring that customers receive attentive and professional service. The role also involves handling customer concerns,



implementing retail loss prevention measures, managing cash and reporting, and coordinating with headquarters on promotions, inventory, and brand initiatives. The manager is expected to maintain a clean, organized store, support training of team members, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build lasting relationships and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
